I had a pleasant stay overall, mainly due to the excellent hospitality from the staff, especially Rahulbhai, who made me feel at home. The breakfast was tasty, though limited, and the vibe around the hotel was nice and peaceful. However, the rooms were quite compact and there were some issues with facilities, including a non-functioning phone that made communication a bit cumbersome during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The hospitality from the staff, especially two gentlemen from Uttarakhand, really made a difference during my stay. While my room was quite comfortable and had a lovely view, there were some issues with the AC and the lift which became a challenge, especially with kids and senior citizens.
